manhunt continues for shareef allman. he went into the workplace and opened fire shooting nine of his co-workers and then took off later and shot a woman in an attempted carjacking. when farther search unfolded on here yesterday live as a look for this are in dangerous man. we are live and set a clear at the sheriff's department with the latest on the search they still have not found him. >> they still have not been able to find and even though they brought search dogs, the use helicopters with provision overnight. so far, no luck. they will full-

and sky view drive in an unincorporated san jose. the coroner's office right now is looking to identify the body. a man who was robbed on a street near city college near san francisco on tuesday night when home an hour later to find his house had also been burglarized. police say the 41 year-old victim was approached by two suspects, one pulled out a hand gun and demanded his stuff. the victim and handed over what he had, keys, wallets, cellphone and a computer and then the rubber to car. when he got home he discovered that his home had been burglarized. investigators are still trying to figure out if these two cases are related. >> talk about having a bad day. and are overcharging customers for the long term parking in now those customers will get a portion of $202,000 for refunds. customers with parking reservations that started or ended on a saturday or sunday or how they were not supposed to charge for those days. bart received complaints that the customers are charged in investigation by the company

workplace shooting. police are at the home of shareef allman as well looking for clues about his whereabouts. neighbors tell kron4 that his adult son and daughter in the apartment at the time that it was searched both were questioned by the police and then left the residence with authorities. will tran is live at the santa clara county sheriff's department with the latest on the search for all men. what we know this morning is this playing in eastern direction today? >> at this point they do not know exactly where he is. if they do that when i say because they do not want to tip their hand. i can tell you they pull back some of their search overnight because it was dark. however the capt. helicopter up to keep the thermal equipment looking for him, but there is no luck so far. here is video of yesterday's surge, they went door-to-door they told people to stay in the house that they continued to search for him, but he was nowhere to be found. they even basically shut down a

decided to do a human barricade around them to try to prevent them from driving off with their items. that is where the confrontation happened, and that is when there was quite a bit of scuffling that went on between them. one protester was arrested, police say that it was due to them assaulting an officer and that is why they had to rest that person. protesters are saying that the two of them were taken away and there were doing nothing but walking in front of them. so, it is kind of back and forth. because of that incident so much attention is on the rise here. protesters are apprehensive as well as the police department. i have to tell you there has been an increase in police presence. i just noticed quite a few cars have just driven up right here. i did not know what they're planning to do anything right now, another they said they would just be patrolling around the area and walking around the street in the meantime you have a lot of protesters in even lane's in their sleeping bags, you cannot release him from here because they have these
