clear conditions all the way round. that is leading to the cool temperatures especially toward the north and east bay. a warming trend into the act. we will keep the sunny weather around for the weekend. we will continue with the warming trend. for fleetweek, here's our forecast. today, all to about 66 in san francisco. for saturday, similar temperatures through a good portion of the weekend. lot of sunshine. by sunday, it looked of morning fog but it will clear and leave us with mild temperatures through the afternoon. overall, a pleasant looking forecasts for fleetweek. satellite and radar shows the strong domestic pushing well to the east leaving us with clear conditions. we also have cooler temperatures. here are your current temperature.

he was arrested after a search yesterday. 580 westbound was shut down. according to reports, the female victim was shot near the ace hardware store in the laurel neighborhood. she had just use the atm when she was approached by the suspect. after dropping her and shooting her, the suspect drove away and crashed the car at the 580 entrance at 30 fifth ave. the victim was left with life-threatening injuries. >> adjusted to the kron4 news from, after a sluggish summer, there has been a modest burst in hiring. the government says that employers have added 103,000 jobs last month. job growth remains weak. the unemployment rate is staying at 9.1%. this is now for the third straight month. we have live pictures into the kron4 news from, this is more from the occupy protest that are taking place across the nation. people are camped out. these are

pictures out of washington d.c.. if this is a part of the occupy freedom plaza rally. these rallies have been going on across the nation including sacramento as well as see a francisco. >> sacramento police arrested more than one dozen occupy protesters. it happened early this morning, just before 1:00 a.m.. there is at video. you can see the protesters before things got out of hand. police gave several all warnings. one by one, they began arresting protesters. the protests are in support of the wall street demonstrations that are happening in new york city. the sacramento protests began yesterday with a rally that drew more than 500 people. in san francisco, there are more people camping out in front of the federal reserve building as a part of the occupy protest. if you can see the police presence here as we go live to jackie sissel. >> good morning. if you talk

about the protests starting in san francisco, this one has been in san francisco for about one week if, in front of the federal reserve bank in san francisco on market street. you can see some of the signs in the protesters with sleeping bags. so far, it has been a peaceful morning, unlike yesterday when it clashes with police. the police will be out here for the unstable future. the protesters have been isolated to the sidewalk. it seems like the mornings are quieter and as the day goes on, the crowd picks up. right now, it is relatively quiet. >> there could be a showdown at the san jose city hall as protesters there are camped out as a part of this moment. craig skalar tells us, the city does not want them pitching tents overnight. >> you can see the occupy san jose tents on city hall grounds. there are five tents in all, subject to

>> welcome back to the kron4 morning news. we're starting off with dry weather this morning. chilly out there depending on where you are. the east bay, north bay and portions of the south bay are significantly cooler. in oakland, 12 degrees cooler than we were 24 hours ago. if i degree drop in hayward, 64 in san jose and santa rosa. in fairfield, eight degrees cooler than 24 hours ago. temperatures are in the low forties this morning. in napa, 43 degrees. 44 in santa rosa. 43 in fairfield and mid-40s this morning into the livermore valley.

>> in the south bay, we are hanging on to the mid-upper forties, 54 in san francisco. that is a warm spot this morning. by 10:00 a.m., a mixture of '50s and '60s. by noon, widespread '60s, bring '70s into the mix by the afternoon. highs will warm to the 70 today. 71 is a common number in fremont and into oakland, 66 for half moon bay. low-mid- 70s for most of the south bay. 67 in san francisco. we will form into the low seventies through santa rosa and the napa valley. mid-70s through fear killed. here is your 70 around the bay. the warming trend continues through saturday and sunday at 3 next week as well. i would wednesday of next week we could pop up into the low 90s. >> we are keeping our eyes on a potential hot spots. interstate 280 where it

crash that is happening here in illinois. as you can see, the smoke is filling the skies. here is a little bit of the information that we have gotten into the newsroom. this is a 126 car train that derailed. it was hauling ethanol when some of the cars came off of the tracks. this happened 100 mi. west of chicago. huge flames are filling the skies. a huge fire erupted. officials had to evacuate a small town of 800 people, all the people had to be evacuated because of the fire. if there are no reported injuries. they do not know what caused the derailment that it is a main goal masked. >> 6:18 a.m., we are getting a closer look at the gunman who was killed yesterday after a workplace shooting

that killed three people and wounded seven others on wednesday in the south bay. take a look at newly released surveillance of the deal. this happened moments after the shooting at the cement plant in cupertino. gary is, shareef allman, with an assault rifle slung over his shoulder. >> yesterday morning, shareef allman was shot and killed after a 28 hour manhunt. the santa clara county sheriff explains what happened. >> we had the wrong video. that video is from the train derailment outside of the chicago area, that is one of the others stories we are following this morning. >> while will tran and has more with the latest at that

cement plant in cupertino where it turns out workers will not be allowed back to their jobs. >> instead of being a work place, the rock quarry continues to be a crime scene. there are two sheriff's deputies parked in front checking every car. there was word that the quarry would reopen for business this morning, but the deputy says that he has been told to make sure that no one gets inside, other than authorized personnel. the flags in front are at half staff, to honor the victims of wednesday's shooting. the deputy said he was told that the workplace would reopen next week, but he does not know exactly when. in cupertino, will tran, kron4 news. >> a quick break as the kron4 morning news continues on this friday morning. here is a live look outside at the golden gate. traffic is moving smoothly. it is cold out there right

downtown san currently, and temperatures are in the '40's. as we head into the weekend, temperatures will get a warmer, and particularly through saturday and sunday. today, drizzle will warm to the mid-70s. 80 degrees by saturday, sunny and mild conditions with a slight warming into sunday with temperatures expected to stay in the '80s inland, '70s or on the bay in the upper 60s for the coast.

over. the male suspect is in custody after his search led for the shutdown of westbound 580 in oakland. the female victim was shot near this as hardware store in the world labor. she used the atm and was approached by the suspect who robbed her and shot her. he then got into the car and fled the scene. the car crashed near 580 westbound and sent to 30 but added. investigators say that the victim has a life- threatening injuries. >> in san francisco, more people are now camping and part of the federal reserve building in solidarity with protesters around the country that are upset about what they call greed on wall street and the downfall afford the little guy. h jackie sissel is live in sentences of this morning. >> right now the police are here to maintain peace.

this is the third straight month in a row that the unemployment rate has remained at 9.1%. here is a live look at the big board. stocks are up right now. there is some positive movement on wall street this morning. we will keep our eyes on what is happening there. >> tim lincecum has some legal troubles facing him. his former landlord is suing him for three to $50,000 in damages. if seoul and destroyed items from the san francisco apartment that he rented and after his lease expired, he returned to the apartment and had a party, a broker, stayed in, defaced and for items inside the furnace department. the lawsuit also claims that he appealed to pay rent on time. an attorney for months to come denies the charges.

when >> i am justine waldman live in the kron4 news or. here are live pictures behind me of the train derailment that happened just west of chicago. there is still a lot of smoke and flames. it is a mangled mess. these train cars or hauling some sort of alcohol when they came off of the tracks. this happened in north central illinois, 100 mi. west of chicago. the massive fire erupted in officials had to evacuate the entire town of people live to their cash because of concerns from the smoke and more explosions. people said it was sounded like bombs are going off. this has been burning now for almost two hours. the flames continue as well as the smoke. there have been no reports of injuries or a report on what caused this
