the shooting of a five year- old girl last month. we have video of the scene back on september 20th if you may remember that is one little girl was walking home from school. she was with her sister and father in the bayview district when a bullet struck her in the leg is a dozens of leads and surveillance video help them to track down the 16 year- old suspect. >> they were able to identify suspects in the initial shooting so the officers that were out on patrol yesterday they knew they were looking for. >>james: again the police said the suspect was just 16 years old, that person now faces several criminal weapons charges as for the five-year old girl she has since recovered from the shooting. funeral services for the murder leader of the san jose hills angels will be held over the weekend and a belief that they are expecting thousands of people to attend. jeff bush explained the events and what the san jose police are
