enforcement officials believe that this man frequently traveled long distances throughout the state. there he is. he uses a note to request money from the teller's and sometimes even thinks them. >>darya: amy and stealing a gold chain from an oakland pawnshop was caught on surveillance. there, you can see the man. he grabs the chain and it runs. employees at the easy money pawn shop on international boulevard reported this. they said

that he asked about a layaway plan. he took out his credit card and ask to see the chain. the owner is offering a $500 reward for any information. the chain was worth $2,000. >>mark: police are investigating an alleged sexual assault of a 16 year- old girl at a park. she said she stopped for a drink at woodsman park once someone grab her and pulled her into a nearby bathroom. she was able to escape and ran home unharmed. the first suspect was described as a white man in his early 20s with black hair, a medium height and build wearing a black sweatshirt and blue jeans. the second suspect was a hispanic male wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans also in his 20s and a medium build. police say police to be an isolated incident but encouraging residents to be aware of their surroundings.

that. none of that happened. it is pretty quiet. right now they are concentrating on trying to go down to city hall and meet with board of supervisors so that they can work out the kinks. they said that they will be out here indefinitely. they have said that they want to try to figure out how they can do this without being a disturbance in the city. >>darya: this could be a crucial morning. police told us that it is illegal to sleep out there and stay out their past 10:00 p.m., i do not know how long it will let it go. >>yoli: one protester said, their first amendment right outweighs any city ordinance. there goes the argument. this is why they

want to go to the board of supervisors meeting today and speak with the mayor and the board of supervisors to see if they can come up with some kind of agreement. in the meantime, it is kind of like a standoff. there are watching the police and the police are watching them. >>darya: is this camp as organized as others we have seen? >>yoli: it looks like they're trying to organize. they still have about 40 people in front of the federal reserve building. that spot is still occupied as well. that seems to be
