just seen >> occupy oakland protesters have been arrested. they have stalled over into a city park. filmmaker michael moore was in portland on monday, joining protesters there. demonstrators dressed up as zombies as they marched and chanted down the streets. they also started to smear fake blood on a bank of america building. we will keep you posted on the overnight developments in.

high school in fort lauderdale canceled class's yesterday due to the flooding. there were scattered power outages as well. check out this 50 unit apartment complex. it has about 3 ft. of water in the apartment. the red cross is setting up to help the people living near the complex. >>darya: hundreds of thousands of residents finally have their power back this morning. utility companies say the storm is presenting an enormous challenge because there are a large number of individual outages. this storm is deadly. there are at least 21 deaths being blamed on the storm. most are caused by falling trees, traffic accidents and electrocutions from down waters. this storm is causing hundreds of schools to close, businesses and government agencies. trick-or-treating was postponed until friday.

three officers traveling in an unmarked vehicle, for some unknown reason went across the lanes of traffic and struck out light pole. you could tell by the video that many other officers responded and treated them as best as they could at the scene. there were transported to a local hospital. if san francisco general is only a couple of blocks away. they are expected to fully recover. the question now is what happened. they were not chasing anyone. they did it
