the san mateo bridge, they're dealing with some rainfall right now but fortunately there are no accidents along highway 92, and there are no problems getting to the bridge from either direction of 101 or the minutes freeway this morning. it looks like we have some activity in the middle of your screen. i will circle it right there. i have been checking with the chp traffic laws, maybe there is just some roadwork going on there. i will have more details coming up in my next report. >>james: new details, a body was found inside the condo that burned in san raphael yesterday. the firefighters found the body nine hours after they finish putting out the three alarm fire. the corner is currently working to identify the person. crews are arrived just before 9:30 p.m. wednesday night. new details

this morning shows the firefighters discovered there was a body inside that building and the corner is looking to identify that person right now. >>justine: there are new allegations of excessive force and theft by san francisco police officers. you can see the officer kicking the market owners legs right out from underneath him. the san francisco mario--mayorial candidate is putting up the video. police arrested an employee for possession of child pornography he is the assistant superintendent of business and administrative services for the school district. the material was found on his personal laptop and not any work computers.

before we get to where the rain is currently falling i want to show the 24 our outlook to remind everyone that the rain will only persists for the next couple of hours. we will see clearing as we head into the later part of the morning cooler temperatures are expected this afternoon. we will see everyone in the upper fifties and low 60s as we head into the overnight hours is a quick reminder that the frost is possible for some of the inland valley. we will have more on that in just a bit. but as he take this out the worst on tracker for a showing, all that well whether the fight for most people around the bay area a lot of them are catching the rain. you may see some clearing up in the north bay and in navato. as we zoom in to some of the areas that are heavily impacted south of san francisco, this yellow on the screen shows were moderate rainfall is falling. it is moving in the southeast direction i would take a look at the conditions on the peninsula. this a few moments ago we had some heavy rainfall at

the 1 01 and 92 interchange. we will see rainfall pushed its way towards the east bay in the next few minutes ago we are not done with the wet weather today. this does show what whether making its way into the north bay and as we fast for the clock to 9:00 p.m. on saturday take a look at this on your screen. this yellow and orange indicates moderate to heavy rainfall. we are expecting about twice as much rain fall for this system compared to the wonder we are currently dealing with. by 12:00 a.m. on sunday, the overnight in evening hours we will see dry conditions which has patches of shower along the coastline. we will see temperatures mostly in the '50s and '60s, and up into the north bay we will see plenty of the upper 50s here as well.

trucks moving cargo in and out of the docks as you can see on the right here the exact impact of wednesday's actions cannot be known until next week. maureen kelly spoke with the small business owners who depend on shore business and a city already know that there were hurt by those protests. >> i was blocked in about three hours. >>reporter: this is one of the drivers stuck during the port shutdown. >> this puts us back another day it cost us a lot of money, it costs a lot of money to operate these trucks and for us it is just another loss. >>reporter: truckdrivers were not the only ones getting squeezed. the soulful restaurant right next to the port had to shorten their hours and close on wednesday and the owner could not open until late thursday afternoon because of the small hand a protesters that kept the streak the her restaurant is on closed when the morning shift show up for work.

bridge replacement north of the macarthur tunnel. the closure will begin at lake street. power has been restored to thousands of pg&e customers in parts of san francisco utility officials said the outage report last night at about 626, that outage was caused by the underground equipment failure from yesterday and it affected about 3100 customers in the western addition, and the ashbery neighborhoods. >>justine: we will take a quick break as the ticket live look outside from a wet view of our james a camera in san francisco. adjutancy the headlights are on and it is for 48 m will be right back.

temperatures around the bay area. we are currently sitting in the 30's and '40's holding on some places--and on to the '50s in some places like oakland. >>erica: by eight a m you can see a lot of purple on your screen in that indicate temperatures in the '30's. we are holding on to those dirtied by 8:00 a.m.. as we get closer to lunchtime all of that blood on your screen indicate temperatures in the 40's. we may squeeze out some fifties and your afternoon highs are mostly in the '50s and we could squeeze out 50s for places like hayward and fremont. i will walk through neighborhood by neighborhood to show you exactly where those temperatures will go. we have open at 61 degrees, 56 degrees at half moon

bay, and take a look at this, 59 is the november -- the common number for santa rosa. we will wake up to morning showers for the rest of this morning. as we head into saturday and sunday we could see a lot more rainfall in fact we could see twice as much compared to the system that worker be dealing with. your temperatures will be in the low 60s and upper 53 in in an bay locations. as we head towards monday and tuesday will see dry weather in sunny conditions. towards the middle part of your week there will be a slight chance of rain. by thursday temperatures will warm up looking at low '70s for in the warmer areas. as we check out traffic, no hot

indicates heavy rainfall. over towards the southern portions of the east shore freeway, there, you can see that cell repositioning itself over the san mateo bridge. that will be a wet commute if you plan on taking that bridge over the next hour. in san jose we have showers rolling through. down by the airport, we also have sunnyvale. los gatos is in the clear but you are about to get hit soon. now, darya has mentioned it is cold out there, take a look at the numbers to see where we are seeing that cold weather. we have 37 degrees in santa rosa, 37 in a bottle, and 39 napa, just about everywhere else we have for each and '50s. here, we have the future cast 4 set for 3:00

south bay, northbound 101 is nice and easy. to 80, we are seeing all green indicating speeds over 50 mi. per hour. the only yellow is westbound in the eastbound 580. >>mark: a heated city council meeting in oakland last night to discuss a resolution that would support a long-term camped for the occupy movement. the meeting became heated when occupy supporters continued to speak passed their allotted times. >> we were focused before this occupation and we will be focused after. your two minutes are of jean quan. >> officer: ! can you escort her from the microphone. escort him away from the microphone, please.

>>mark: in the and the oakland city council postponed seeking a vote on its irresolution. the chamber of commerce officials say that three transactions as city hall have already been cancelled to lease new space. one of them was a 35,000 square for a retail deal that is now cancelled as businesses are concerned about opening given the arrests in downtown oakland. >>darya: more than 100 people have been arrested since yesterday's protests. 103 arrests have been made. 32 of the arrests are from oakland, 42 were from outside the bay area. 50 arrests were from california, outside the bay area and nine arrested were from outside of the state. two people were juvenile and a three people arrested were on known as far as where they were from.

>>darya: new this morning, a group of mothers and children in strollers will march through downtown oakland on a teacher's banks to share action. they say that it will close the children's bank accounts and temporarily occupied a big. this is slated to begin at 10:00 a.m. at snow park. the group says that heavy rain could postpone the event. >>mark: keeping our eyes on wall street, u.s. futures are flat right now. investors are watching the world finance leaders tried to come up with a plan for europe. yesterday was a good day with the dow up 208 points.
