this morning shows the firefighters discovered there was a body inside that building and the corner is looking to identify that person right now. >>justine: there are new allegations of excessive force and theft by san francisco police officers. you can see the officer kicking the market owners legs right out from underneath him. the san francisco mario--mayorial candidate is putting up the video. police arrested an employee for possession of child pornography he is the assistant superintendent of business and administrative services for the school district. the material was found on his personal laptop and not any work computers.

before we get to where the rain is currently falling i want to show the 24 our outlook to remind everyone that the rain will only persists for the next couple of hours. we will see clearing as we head into the later part of the morning cooler temperatures are expected this afternoon. we will see everyone in the upper fifties and low 60s as we head into the overnight hours is a quick reminder that the frost is possible for some of the inland valley. we will have more on that in just a bit. but as he take this out the worst on tracker for a showing, all that well whether the fight for most people around the bay area a lot of them are catching the rain. you may see some clearing up in the north bay and in navato. as we zoom in to some of the areas that are heavily impacted south of san francisco, this yellow on the screen shows were moderate rainfall is falling. it is moving in the southeast direction i would take a look at the conditions on the peninsula. this a few moments ago we had some heavy rainfall at

the 1 01 and 92 interchange. we will see rainfall pushed its way towards the east bay in the next few minutes ago we are not done with the wet weather today. this does show what whether making its way into the north bay and as we fast for the clock to 9:00 p.m. on saturday take a look at this on your screen. this yellow and orange indicates moderate to heavy rainfall. we are expecting about twice as much rain fall for this system compared to the wonder we are currently dealing with. by 12:00 a.m. on sunday, the overnight in evening hours we will see dry conditions which has patches of shower along the coastline. we will see temperatures mostly in the '50s and '60s, and up into the north bay we will see plenty of the upper 50s here as well.

i am seeing more accidents due to the wet weather but fortunately not indicating any slowdowns. first let us get a look at the approach to the bay bridge toll plaza. you can see that it is pretty empty here at the toll plaza flats. there are currently no metering lights to deal with. over the san mateo bridge west bound 92, the sign has been activated to warn drivers of slippery and wet roadways. they ask that you please decrease your accidents to tell you about. the drive is still under 25 minutes from nobody to san francisco. conditions in the

>>mark: in the and the oakland city council postponed seeking a vote on its irresolution. the chamber of commerce officials say that three transactions as city hall have already been cancelled to lease new space. one of them was a 35,000 square for a retail deal that is now cancelled as businesses are concerned about opening given the arrests in downtown oakland. >>darya: more than 100 people have been arrested since yesterday's protests. 103 arrests have been made. 32 of the arrests are from oakland, 42 were from outside the bay area. 50 arrests were from california, outside the bay area and nine arrested were from outside of the state. two people were juvenile and a three people arrested were on known as far as where they were from.
