>>erica: good morning. we do have reports of a roadway flooding honest to 80. it is no longer on the traffic laws. caltrans responded pretty quickly. we are no longer contending with that. here at the bay bridge toll plaza we are seeing a little bit of an early back up in the center lanes westbound. i just checked the metering lights, they have not been cycled on just yet. traffic does move pretty well up the incline and across the upper deck. on this and the tail bridge was down 92, the change message sign is still activated indicating their roads are wet and to reduce speeds. traffic is quite heavy on the right hand side of the screen towards foster city. on the golden gate bridge, we are seeing more cards than we did in

minute. other than that, there are no major delays to speak of. on the san mateo bridge, the changeable message design is activated saying that what roadways are prevalent and to reduce your speed. drive times are 17 minutes from fans set and serious thought we do not have any major delays. chain requirements have been camped along highway 50. highway 4 you will need them.

>>darya: look at the flooding. floodwaters have reached the northern edge of central bangkok. they are threatening the entire subway system and the tideland capital. water has been rushing to no. bangkok for more than a week. it has been sliding into sections fans is causing flooding is a date. fed officials from the subway system say that they are closely monitoring three stations in particular. the government is asking people to evacuate eight of the city's 50 districts because of the flooding and thousands of factories have been shut down.
