thing >>mark: san francisco police are trying to determine what led to a shooting at fisherman's wharf last night near north point and taylor streets. a man in his 40's was shot and taken to the hospital. he was expected to survive. >>darya: a homeowner in his home in the antiques is cooperating with police as they investigate a break-in shooting. sphere is the home. the homeowner got there, went inside and found a man trying to steal its copper wiring. that is when a homeowner says he felt threatened and opened fire, killing the suspected burglar. the home was burglarized several times before. police have not arrested the homeowner. if >>darya: a third person has died from a helicopter crash in the new york east river..
