time is 28-29 minutes from nevada to the golden gate bridge. >>darya: new details, the latest in the penn state scandal, a former graduate assistant, mike mccurry told a friend from 10 states, in an e-mail, that he stopped the assault that he says he witnessed. he said that he saw sandusky forcing himself on a 10 year-old boy. mccurry also says that he told police. it's all in an e-mail, but the e-mail contradicts what mccrery himself told the grand jury. sandusky is a retired penn state assistant coach accused of sexually assaulting eight boys over a 15 years ban. in another

child sex abuse scandal at the citadel in south carolina, the president of the school told cadets at the school should have done more after getting an initial complaint back in 2002. an alumnus of the citadel, also a former counselor at the summer camp is at the center of the charges. a charleston television station reports that louis neal is accused of molesting at least five boys. he was arrested last month. according to court documents, he has admitted guilt in at least three of the cases. my family and the late--the nba has formally canceled all games. in the meantime, the players are filing a class action lawsuit against the league saying it that the ultimatum is have left them no other choice. they're seeking triple the amount of money would have made this season, are doing the league is damaging their short careers. >>darya: plans to build a new stadium for the 49ers
