highlight the morning fog on tap for today. the could be looking at the same story pretty much tomorrow as well. by wednesday and thursday in the middle of the wheat we could see some strong and gusty wind, but we will see plenty of sunshine as we head into the weekend. as for traffic we do have dense fog advisory's issue for a number of bridges this morning and that includes your ride out oakland or san francisco taking the bay bridge. a live look shows more cards on the road and we are used to seeing at this hour. your drive is running under 10 minutes from the foot of the maze. the golden gate bridge camera shows us full of fog as well but the chp has not issued any special traffic advisories just yet. drive with extra caution. and the dense fog advisory carried over not only to this one but the other bridge as well. so certainly watcher speeds. we see a little bit of slowing down to 45 mph.

albert bertal and drove away. police said all started here at this jack and the box, and employees of the suspect in an argument with bertall that escalated into a fist fight. the witness that did not want to speak on camera said she was i concerned about the fight because they are pretty common during late- night and early-morning hours. the employees said the place was packed with customers and some took photographs of the fight including this one where appears that someone is holding back the suspect. eventually the fight was broken up and bertall who was believed to live in the area want down tonight in gary. according to witnesses and surveillance video at the shell gas station he hit bertall with his black suv and fled the scene at 2:45 a.m.. bertall was rushed to the hospital with a life-

out of southern california this the scene where occupy l.a. at this point now is in direct conflict with the police in the street. you can see the police officers in riot gear. they have been encamped in a park near city hall. the mayor of los angeles gave them a deadline of midnight to vacate the park. they said if not the police would move in at 4:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m. has come and gone. no police have into the park just yet but this is them surrounding the park dressed in their riot gear. earlier this morning all the protesters were out in the street so technically they were in compliance so police are now mobilizing and police had been standing back some of just milling about but now they're getting more organized and forming a human line of police officers. this is reminiscent of what we saw in oakland not too long ago were the police surrounded
