parked there for the last two months in the looks like they are staying could. police are moving into the park and protesters are coming out. there were pouring out of the streets at one point. there was one report of protesters throwing water bottles at least, there were three arrests lead. if the mayor is saying that police will not immediately make arrests in order to give protesters time to leave. in occupy philadelphia, they also had a midnight deadline to get out curia they have been here for two months of they were right outside of philadelphia city hall. protesters are preparing for the possibility of arrests. the police presence has been heavy but no orders to

>>mark: the dow is 600 points lower than it was three weeks ago. >>darya: police in san francisco are looking for a man who ran over a firefighter with his car. this is surveillance tape from the jack in the box. this is the man they're looking for, in the white t- shirt. it started at the jack in the box on geary street and 11th avenue. and employees saw the man in the white get into a fight. it was an argument that escalated into a fight. the

a look at what is happening on the east bay freeways. the ride still looks pretty good for 80 westbound. some typically heavy traffic from livermore to dublin. we are starting to see some slowing to 680 the south bay freeways no major problems. 101 is starting to slow a bit between 28880 on the west outside. in marin is still a delay free ride for 101 southbound. >>mark: a funeral procession for a local marine, the family of this lance

corporal will receive his remains in sonoma county this morning. the funeral procession will make its way south on 680. the danville police will be stationed along the route. he is on its first tour of duty in afghanistan. >>darya: the u.s. coast guard is searching for a paddle border who failed to return to shore near half moon bay. he was peddling near pillar point harbor. a coast guard did launch a search from the water into the air. they have come up with nothing so far. he is described a is a hispanic male in his '30's. 5 5 in.. short brown hair and brown eyes last seen wearing a seat great woods said.
