speeds in both directions. >>darya: 5:19 a.m., we have new details on occupy oakland protesters. they're planning to reoccupy for a call plaza. remember this scene on november 14th when police evicted protesters and made arrests? here is video of them tearing down tents. they say they plan to reoccupy the plaza at around noon today. the city of oakland says the plaza will remain open to the public but a camp will not be tolerated. yesterday, the uc board of regents asked the state to increase funding to the 10th campus system to aid the hiring of instructors and avoid raising tuition. yesterday's meeting took place by teleconference and was briefly interrupted by protesters. there, you can see dozens of students and employees speaking out against what happened and

here is another look from walnut creek. pretty good visibility. this is 680 as it snakes through the san ramon valley. today, unlike yesterday it depends on where you are to what kind of fog your scene. here's the golden gate bridge camera. the entire area is covered in dense fog. walnut creek is in a pocket of clearing. that could very well close up. that is at least where we are seeing some steering this morning. yesterday the entire map was covered warrants. that indicated visibility of very mild. these are numbers that illustrate how far out you can see in miles.

>> temperatures will be slightly cooler but nice and mild. across the north bay in nevada, 61 for you. 63 in napa. generally low sixties there. as we look at the wide view on our satellite maps, high pressure to the north and south. we will have went from one area to the other. tomorrow we will set the scene for very strong winds. a warning has been issued for the bay area.

police are searching for more. >>darya: a rash of robberies in oakland's rock ridge neighborhood, one woman says that she was robbed at gunpoint and officials say that woman is the latest victim. there have been a number of robberies since september. they expect that the holiday season is the motivation. the oakland police department says occupy oakland has taken up a lot of it's resources. officials still plan to crack down on crime, it is a top priority. >>mark: a public memorial service is planned for thursday for sean walsh, 821 year-old national guard soldier that was killed two weeks ago while serving in afghanistan. he was signed-- it was assigned to you get that left for a year -- into afghanistan in december of last year. he died during combat operations. the
