near a trailer as shots rang out. the video shows one of the victims that was hit falling to the ground and as this pushes in, you may be able to get a look at that he falls to the ground and then fires back at the gunman. so far the police have no suspects but they said they are making progress on the investigation thanks to the surveillance video. >>james: the victims were taken to highland hospital and the young child was taken to the children hospital in oakland and his condition at last check was unknown. he or she may be in stable condition we are trying to get that information for you. meanwhile someone who knew them spoke about the shooting. >> i was upset. i have been praying for him. i have never heard so many gunshots and my life. i ran out on my

patio and i kept hearing the gun going off so i hurried up and put on my clothes and came downstairs. i have been watching to see if those evil freaks come back with their guns in their hands. pam video before the shooting you can see a man holding a child we understand that that is the one year-old victim in the shooting. this was taken prior to the shooting his father was hit in the hand by gunfire. >>justine: in the black friday agreed that ended with a shopper at being shot, stanley and the police say they will unveil a major development in the case later today. this all happen in a wal-mart parking lot when an investigator tells us a group of men tried to rob a family. when the victim refused to give up their stuff, one person was shot but that person is expected to survive. that

one suspect is already behind bars the police are searching for more. in a rock bridge, one woman said she was robbed at gunpoint on black friday in neighborhood watch officials say the woman is just the latest victim. they say there has been an increase in robberies since september. they suspect the holiday season the likely motivation in this type of crime. the police and army says occupy oakland has taken a lot of it's resources but officers say cracking down on crime remains their top priority. >>james: occupy oakland protesters are planning to reoccupy frank ogawa plaza today. we have video on the police evicted the protesters. some arrests were made morning--were made that morning. the city of oakland said the plaza will remain open to the public but a camp will not be tolerated. uc-berkeley police officers are defending their actions

recalls streets in the bay area where pg&e crews will be working on tuesday. there are a lot of trees and limbs can fall on power lines during high winds. the ginnie are going out to a known problem spots and will be working tirelessly to keep the limbs away from the lines. when gus expected up to 60 mi. per hour. pg&e says the falling tree limbs are a major source of power outages and they want to do what they can to get them trimmed before the plenty weather comes our way. >>justine: it is foggy outside. my flight was delayed for about three hours. i basically landed in and came straight to work.

>>reporter: current temperatures at 53 for san francisco, 54 at half moon bay, 41 in santa rosa. a very chilly 38 in napa. we talked about the fall, you can definitely see it on fog tracker 4. it looks like we are socked in in san francisco. as we mentioned, heavy fog in the north bay as well. there is all along the carquinez strait. fog is heading to oakland and 580 as well. as you can see, the fog will start to clear. we are mostly affected in the inland valleys near vallejo and concord. by noon, it looks like no one will see fog. it will completely blown out of here. we have some very strong winds in the forecast. first, here is a look at your current

visibility. 1/10 of a mile visibility at sfo. currently, sfo is running on time but that could change quickly. we have a half mile visibility in nevada. 2/10 in oakland and other parts of the east bay. we talked about strong winds, they will start early on wednesday and they will be strong this above 1,000 ft.. that means mostly in the north bay and east bay hills. when gusts up to 75 mi. per hour is what they're calling for perianth if you have a lot of loose debris around a house, now would definitely be the time to do it. the wind will last all the way through wednesday and into thursday. we are looking at down trees and power lines. we still that pg&e has been doing a lot of

investigators arrived about 30 minutes ago. the family of the one-year-old, his family is here. there were seven other people shot. all of them were rushed to hospital by friends and family. here is the surveillance video shot from the liquor store. when officers arrived, the victims took themselves to the hospital. it is believed that the other seven people should survive their injuries. it is the one- year-old that everyone is thinking about this morning. hopefully we will give-- hopefully we will get an update from the hospital. we have much more coming up at 5:30 a.m..

>>mark: we are keeping a close eye on bay area weather. another fog advisory in effect for the entire bay. jackie sissel is live at the richmond-san revell bridge. >>jackie: the fog today seems even worse than yesterday. visibility is less than 100 yds. probably 50-100 ft.. very thick patches of dense fog all the way up the north bay. i am not even sure if there is a fogged advisory on this bridge but there certainly should be. i can tell you, there are very dense patches of fall all along the north bay corridor, especially on these bridges. >>mark: let's get an update on the fog this morning and tomorrows strong winds that are expected.

temperatures at the moment are still on the cool side. upper 30s in napa and fairfield. upper 30s in the livermore. low '40's throughout much of the delta and san ramon valley. from here, this is where we expect temperatures to go this afternoon. it will be another nice day. a few degrees cooler and still pleasant. across the north bay, low 60s. the wide view shows us the kind of weather that we are expecting to hit the shores come tomorrow. we have in the area of high pressure to the north and the south. that pressure

here is another look from walnut creek. pretty good visibility. this is 680 as it snakes through the san ramon valley. today, unlike yesterday it depends on where you are to what kind of fog your scene. here's the golden gate bridge camera. the entire area is covered in dense fog. walnut creek is in a pocket of clearing. that could very well close up. that is at least where we are seeing some steering this morning. yesterday the entire map was covered warrants. that indicated visibility of very mild. these are numbers that illustrate how far out you can see in miles.
