>>erica: westbound 80 near ashley, if you are getting on 13th you will see delays getting on to the bay bridge. this long stretch of road on the screen indicates speeds of 20 m.p.h. averaging close to 12 mi. per hour. this is the only hot spot that we have, we are following dance fog advisories. the traffic backup is breaking off a little bit in the westbound direction. it looks like the changeable message side has been turned off. it does not look like we're dealing with any sense of advisories. traffic is still pretty 6. if you are coming out of the north bay into san francisco, a live look shows traffic is busy on 101. it looks like
