much bay area wide. we will push ahead a little bit after that and looking at a frost advisory for later tonight. this is 7:00 p.m. and as you can see we have temperatures dipping down as the 40's. i think we may get into the '30's by 7:00 p.m. and certainly by the overnight hours, we have a frost advisory in place. we're looking at 1:00 a.m. tomorrow morning, we can see the very chilly temperatures coming in the 20's and 30's for the north bay areas. very chilly along the delta as well as special places like concord antioch in fairfield. south they conditions are not as bad. again we are pushing for even further overnight. this frost advisory will be in place until about 9:00 p.m. tomorrow morning. again, upper 20's and low 30's if you have a lot of outdoor water pipes, you want to drain them and wiped them. if you have pets, tonight may be a nice night to give them a treat and let them inside for the evening. that

saturday on santa rosa ave. witnesses led police to the 230 and 17 year-old suspects. the team is being held as a juvenile as an accessory to murder and a second person is recovering in hospital. a discarded cigarette is believed to be the cause of an apartment fire in san francisco on sunday. here you can see all the fire trucks. fire officials say that a cigarette was thrown down the light well of the six story building where in ignited some pieces of trash. at least 65 people were left homeless because of the blaze. >> i have about 20 displaced residents from their apartments. the water had to be shut off to the building so currently, no residence will be allowed to stay here.

delays on our transit systems this morning. >>justine: thank you erica, and the occupy protesters are trying to bring the shelters to them the this is a idea that the police are not warm up to. >>reporter: group of the temperature is dropping and here's this wooden structure built in the middle of a park. police say this structure was a safety concern. protesters perched on top to prevent crews from tearing it down. they ended up being forced off by officers on a cherry pick. in all, at least 31 people were arrested drop today. in the end, the structure was torn down. that kind of confrontation has not been a problem in buffalo n.y.. occupy protesters put up a tone that was donated by a supporter.
