>>pam: it is the news that the family of this little boy did not want to hear, the doctor say that there's no hope for baby hiram lawrence. he was taken off life-support today nearly two weeks after the child was shot during the filming of a music video in oakland. dan kerman joins us live from children's hospital in oakland where the boy's mother just spoke with the media. >>reporter: that is right is very sad news today we continue that hiram lawrence was moved from the i see you today around 2:00 p.m. for one final test on another floor. that test prove to be conclusive and the package--and the family's passage of as he was removed from life-support and pronounced dead at 3:05 p.m.. at 4:05 p.m. the mother came out to paint everyone for their support. >> i just want to thank everybody for all of their support and all of the

>>pam: new details tonight in the massive fraud case affecting of grocery stores in. more victims are coming for. in the north bay, police confirmed the 100th 50 victims have had their credit card information stolen. some of the victims report having 500 up to $1,000 in missing from their bank accounts. at a store in san francisco employees tell kron4 that dozens of employees had information lifted and most have been forced to close their accounts. teresa estacio reports that lucky officials say that they're working with the banks and federal authorities as they learn more about this elaborate crime. >>reporter: officials are calling this identification stepped as one of the most sophisticated and they have ever seen. they say in the past these would install devices and physically go back to lift a customers

banking information from the device however, not this time. officials say in this elaborate crime they use blue to technology to grab the information remotely. that mean that a crew could live in the parking lot of a lucky department store ripping off customers and no one would know. they are uncertain how long this has been going on. they do admit that in early november during a routine cleaning an employee notice that something was wrong and that started an investigation. so far, 24 lucky stores have been affected. all the devices that look like this one are now in a lab in oklahoma being analyzed by secret service experts to. kentucky officials say they are working with federal institutions to try and further identify them. all lucky stores have surveillance cameras. they are also advising customers to check their accounts. as a precaution they're telling them to close them completely. the store has

also put information on its web site we checked and found these notices with the arrows are pointing, these are high on meet self checkout stands. many customers told us they did not see the signs and they did not know anything about a scam but that they would go back and check their bank account immediately.
