continue to see upper 50s in the south bay. as we slide up to the north bay once we rid ourselves of the morning fog we will see a lot of sunshine and temperatures in the '50s. >>erica: as we check out your satellite and radar we are clear and dry all the bay area right now. that may definitely be the case for the next couple of days. i turn our attention to the seven day around the forecast. we have the potential for a light rain on thursday. i actually have the timing for that and i will show that coming up in my next report. as we move closer to the we can we will see a lot of sunshine and temperatures could finally make it to the '60s. we have a nice and quiet ride at the approach to the bay bridge toll plaza traffic is moving well from all the approaches. your drive is

under eight minutes from the foot of the maze. checking in at the san mateo bridge we have no problems to report in either direction of highway 92 in fact it is a pretty clear morning out there. you will see a lot of space in between cars and no weight in between the toll plaza. your golden gate bridge ride south bound 101 is very empty at this hour. we have no major delays to speak of. once again, keep in mind we have some dense fog over highway 101. as we turn our attention to the traffic maps, other east bay conditions are moving pretty well. the highways are currently problem free. we do not have a single accident reports for your ride coming down the shore freeway. developing this morning occupy oakland protesters remained strong at the port of oakland, you watched this unfold yesterday. 11000 protesters marched the streets and shut down work at the port. the protest was peaceful but also very

below the freezing mark. the good news is as we head into the afternoon we will see sunny all the cool conditions with everyone talking out into the upper 50s. as we head into the overnight hours we will seek partly cloudy conditions and maybe some frost. let us show the numbers right outside the door like to mention, take a look at navato in very frigid 28 degrees. we have seen these temperatures of the past hours and these could drop over the next couple of hours. santa rosa is hovering over the freezing mark but we could see places like napa and fairfield drop pretty soon. we will mantra that try the morning but if you are in places like downtown san francisco or enjoying a comfortable 46 degrees for the most part, with the upper thirties around the bay area. we will show you exactly where the

>>justine: we have some new details and the security breach at lucky grocery stores have happened throughout the bay area. they say the personal financial information of 1000 shoppers has been snatched. investigators said that nine more victims have come forth in the last few days making the count at 147 victims. in a bottle, eight people have come forth. some victims say they are now missing as much as $3,000 from their bank accounts. one of the victims in the case is a group called blue star moms. that is an organization dedicated to supporting america's
