under eight minutes from the foot of the maze. checking in at the san mateo bridge we have no problems to report in either direction of highway 92 in fact it is a pretty clear morning out there. you will see a lot of space in between cars and no weight in between the toll plaza. your golden gate bridge ride south bound 101 is very empty at this hour. we have no major delays to speak of. once again, keep in mind we have some dense fog over highway 101. as we turn our attention to the traffic maps, other east bay conditions are moving pretty well. the highways are currently problem free. we do not have a single accident reports for your ride coming down the shore freeway. developing this morning occupy oakland protesters remained strong at the port of oakland, you watched this unfold yesterday. 11000 protesters marched the streets and shut down work at the port. the protest was peaceful but also very

below the freezing mark. the good news is as we head into the afternoon we will see sunny all the cool conditions with everyone talking out into the upper 50s. as we head into the overnight hours we will seek partly cloudy conditions and maybe some frost. let us show the numbers right outside the door like to mention, take a look at navato in very frigid 28 degrees. we have seen these temperatures of the past hours and these could drop over the next couple of hours. santa rosa is hovering over the freezing mark but we could see places like napa and fairfield drop pretty soon. we will mantra that try the morning but if you are in places like downtown san francisco or enjoying a comfortable 46 degrees for the most part, with the upper thirties around the bay area. we will show you exactly where the

temperatures will go out today. places like petaluma, napa and vallejo and mostly everyone else will be sitting pretty comfortable in the 40's and 50's. for the most part everyone will be sitting in the upper 50s but we could send out some low 60s replaced by now you this afternoon. we had a little bit more sunshine and temperatures 81 to two degrees warmer we are expecting about 58 degrees for those in oakland and the same goes for hayward this afternoon. like i mentioned, mouth you could reach the low 60s. for the most part looks like santa rosa will top out at 59 degrees. now

turning our attention to satellite and radar, we do have wet weather in our forecast. right now we are high and dry of the bay area but as we pushed closer to thursday we do introduce a potential for wet weather. you'll see it there. the good news is that it will be pretty short-lived. as we move closest we can will see a lot of sunshine and temperatures are the bill warmer. it looks like they can actually reach the low 60s. as for traffic is almost 5:00 a.m. and still not looking at any hot spots. the golden gate bridge has a nice and easy ride coming out of the north bay we do not have a single ride to report a nice and easy conditions. your approach to the bay bridge toll plaza ride is smooth and easy. the san mateo bridge ride is 14 minutes from into in no problems getting to the bridge in either direction. as the

>>justine: we have some new details and the security breach at lucky grocery stores have happened throughout the bay area. they say the personal financial information of 1000 shoppers has been snatched. investigators said that nine more victims have come forth in the last few days making the count at 147 victims. in a bottle, eight people have come forth. some victims say they are now missing as much as $3,000 from their bank accounts. one of the victims in the case is a group called blue star moms. that is an organization dedicated to supporting america's

morning. >>jackie: this is exactly 24 hours after the protests began, you can see that business is back to normal out here at the port of oakland. the occupy movement is no longer here. i am at the ap al terminal. there are a lot of trucks lining up, there are no protesters and no police. a much different scene in yesterday morning when we saw protesters, hundreds and thousands of them showed up to shut down the port of oakland. they were successful on that. the protesters have declared a victory. they went home around 3:00 a.m.. it appears that business will be as usual at the port this

50s get sunny. the wide view of the satellite shows that we have some instability on the horizon. we have a system scheduled to slide down the bay area on thursday. we are expecting the rate to be light and not very long lasting. by 1:00 p.m. it will move its way from the south bay and into the east bay. we are not looking for much accumulation that it is something to be aware of. friday-sunday look fantastic. relatively warm weather with highs near 60 degrees. let's get a check on traffic with erica. >>erica: it is still a nice and easy ride around the bay area. the traffic laws are pretty quiet. we are not
