candlestick park. a major embarrassment for the city of san francisco. pg&e, the 49ers and candlestick park. the lights went out on the national stage of monday night football, not once but twice. for 20 minutes the lights for all before the start of the game and again during the second quarter. it took 16 minutes to get the lights back up the first--the second time. takeoff was delayed 20 minutes. the candlestick was the only customer of pg&e affected by the power outages. this marked the 49ers only prime-time home game officials still believe candlestick could hold a playoff football game. the concerns for the 49ers are far from over. >>will: here is the problem for the 49ers and officials. the lights were on the
