is coming up at 6:00 p.m.. >>reporter: now to an active south bay police search after a carjacking suspect lead police on a chase and then carjacking another car. i will use the big board to show how this went down. the police say the suspect is what did for a carjacking in milpitas earlier this month. they say they saw the suspect and try to pull him over this morning and that is right here at near 101 and a capitol expressway intersect. who chased starts here and from there it goes about 2 mi. not that far and in the suspect crashes this car near the intersection here. this was all during rush hour about 8:40 a.m.. from there, cops say the suspect ran into this neighborhood right there and then actually carjacked another car, a toyota from one of the houses on the 200

lot here.--block here. police say this is the guy they're looking for. he was last seen driving a toyota camry. this is video of the scene were the carjacking took place what witnesses they he saw the suspect rammed the stolen vehicle into a police vehicle. >> he knocked down the motorcycle and then took off through that like and he was gone. like he said they stole the neighbor's car, went into an housebroken stole the neighbors car and took off. it is a little scary especially having kids and having to deal with that in this neighborhood i thought all this stuff would be done but is still going
