temperatures are mostly in the '50s. take a look at redwood city. mid-50s into the south bay. in the north bay, mostly cloudy conditions. satellite and radar shows wet weather activity pushing its way into the pacific northwest. we could see some sprinkles north of the golden gate bridge but we will be monitoring that for you. we do have the potential for wet weather beginning today and lasting until friday.

>>darya: we are a half hour into the trading day. let's take a peek at how the dow is shaping up. stocks opened slightly higher this morning, just a few points out of the gate, that follows a report that home prices fell in major u.s. cities. it was actually the s&p home prices, they do a survey and found that prices dropped in october and 19 of the 20 cities that the track. the second straight decline in the month. in the markets are up 18 points right now.
