she was scheduled to be arraigned in san jose but is still in hospital. police say she threw her son from the window after locking herself and the child in the bathroom. the little boy was apparently hurt. she is facing charges of attempted murder and child abuse. >>catherine: a clean middle school teacher accused of molesting a child was in court today. he pleaded not guilty to 21 felony counts today including six counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a child. he is accused of sexually abusing a former student. he was arrested on december 9th. police say that he confessed to the crime in jail. the crimes allegedly happened between february of 2010 and august of last year. >>catherine: a tense situation has ended in the south bay ferry if police in riot gear were in a stand up with demand who was holding
