on 101 thru navato is delay free from the golden gate bridge all the way through to marin county. >>james: economists are optimistic about employment. they predict that employers added 180,000 jobs last month. that is a big jump over november's numbers. they also predicted that the unemployment rate will go up to 8.7% from the 8.6 percent that we sought in november. we will see how the markets react. i continue that the future trading it's positive. the dow and the nasdaq are up, not by much but there are at least positive. yesterday the dow posted its first loss of the year however it was not a big loss. the s&p rose up four.. nasdaq rose

>> darya: gov. jerry brown is proposing some deep cuts to the budget. let us take a look at the first round of cuts that include nearly $1 billion taken from the state's welfare to work program. 842 million from medicare--medical. this means a mother and child the same money that they got back in the 1980's from that program. he is also asking for $447 million to be cut from child care. now the

second cuts include nearly $5 billion to k through 12 education and the uc and cal institutions will be in for another $200 million in budget cuts. we will be back with more in just a couple of minutes.
