saying that this mission st rapist is behind bars. taking a look at google earth three different assaults happened along the 24th street corridor. this happened on november 18th, december 8th, near 24th/oaks street. and june of last year. all three of these are connected. police use surveillance video and a sketch. they also received a anonymous tip. with dna evidence connected. each incident involved violence. >> he was seeking women out in our early morning hours that were walking by themselves. they were usually approached from behind.
