the intersection of navato and redwood boulevard. that is where it started, but more in that general area. now this occurs zone, we will square off. this is the first zone investigators are talking about success second one is about 6 mi. north. now this is 101 and this is to the east. investigators say that these were left early this morning about 1:20 a.m.. this is where we find teresa estacio. she is live with the latest on this investigation. >>reporter: as you mentioned, about 1:20 a.m. fire crews went to this location. a path right out the rest creek open preserve and that is where they found flame. her take a look, this hot spot flared up late monday afternoon about 2 mi. in from the trail in the russian crew open space preserve the area fire crews knocked it out

before to get any worse. and police say this is one of the many fires set by a serial arsonist on the loose in navato. her as the investigation week of police say they are examining some possible evidence gathered from the nearly 45 years in hopes of closing in on who may be setting these fires. >> this is one of the areas we're looking into. we have collected some items at various scenes that may not be ignition sources, but there may require a little more testing to determine that. >>reporter: these are some more hot spot, smoldering and another fire set in the rush creek open space preserve about half a mile from the other location. police tell kron4 news that they plan to this that crews all over the city monday evening cruise just in case of a serial arsonist strikes again.
