>>mark: the captain of this capsize cruise ship reports stating that he made an unauthorized deviation from the ship's program course. they are saying human error led to the ground of this vessel. this morning, a sixth body was found, there are 16 others still missing. the latest comments from the cruise ship operator, the captain is under arrest again under investigation by authorities as well as allegations that he abandoned the ship. coast guard officials have expressed concern that the ship might slip off the rocks where it is currently perched. some passengers were told that everything was ok as the ship was starting to lift. >> we wanted to go to the debt to get an eyeball of what was going on. when we arrived at the that we were
