scene. you can see them behind me, they said the blue tents to gather evidence of the shootout. it happened at this two-story town house on friday afternoon. a short time ago, the santa clara corners office removed the body of suspect tri from this home of the 3400 block of pistachio drive in south san jose. police are not saying what the connection is between lee and the home, but they say that earlier in the day they followed up on the lead and that brought them to this house and it was here that the violent confrontation unfolded resulting in his death. >> he has domestic violence prior in his past, he forced the victim out of the house at gunpoint. he basically did a home invasion and approaching the house we did

disruptive when the protesters walked into franklin street and blocked traffic. some protesters caught on to the building roof top and some even attacked a sign to the building and that forced officers to move in and clear them out. by 10:00 p.m. friday night police had escorted all the protesters out of the building but apparently, a couple officers did get hurt during friday's ordeal. >> they made attempt to use bottles, bricks and rocks throwing them at the officers, two of our officers were injured, one officer to a brick to the chest. him--another was struck with an object and that may happen broken his hand. >>reporter: police have left just one lone police officer walking over this building to make sure that the protesters do not come back.

>> marty: the weather did not stop protesters from demonstrating in san francisco on friday. take a look at some of the photographs that we have. all of these photographs were posted on twitter. this is the bank of america on montgomery and california were protesters brought chairs and also in our hand painted tubes to make a human chain, in addition to using real change, they locked themselves to the building. now here is where a group of protesters were blocking an entrance, they said the group beer kid all the entrances even an alley entrance that the bank tried to keep open for the employees. police did risk aren't the bank and made some arrest.--police did respond to the bank and made some rest.

with us now. >>reporter: i am here on miller avenue, this is the typical situation and for all that rain, quite a bit of puddling up. this is nothing compared to what happened earlier this morning that me show you some pictures. earlier this morning, they had used sandbags and everything to protect that area. there is a chronic problem that people tell me about here, there is enough rain to get this kind of situation, and people try to stop the flooding say it was quite a challenge this morning. >> we had the weather come through town to drop a lot rain really quick. we took immediate action with the police department and the fire department. we went to prevent any damage to any businesses.
