at most of the rain that has moved out what is in store for today? >>erica: it looks like we will see clear and dry conditions but adjutancy wet weather is still situated to the skin. some rain is currently falling in the dublin area south towards pleasanton. potentially hazardous driving conditions along interstate 580. as my slide our maps upward, you can see some wet weather right now even some pretty moderate rainfall south of fairfield. as he take it with their future forecast, by 6:00 a.m., we still see a little wet weather especially to the north. they yell indicate some pre moderate rainfall. as we advance closer to 8:00 a.m., you can see a lot of the wet weather continues to push its way south and east toward and by 10:00 a.m. we should see dry conditions around the bay area. coupled with the rain we actually have some windy conditions. check out fairfield.

>>erica: as we turn our attention to the afternoon we will see a mixture of sun and clouds, for the most part looks like to be sitting in the mid-50s. >>erica: your seven day around the bay forecast shows what weather for the rest of the morning, that will be the story for the rest of the show, as we head into the afternoon the rest of the work week, high pressure will rebuild and will see mostly sunny conditions and temperatures could make it into the mid '60s and we have mild conditions in store for the weekend as well. with a lot of sunshine we have low 60 for the most part the continuing with some pretty frigid morning. in the traffic center, a slowdown hot spot and about, westbound interstate 80 right at gilman and berkeley. we had a couple of big rigs involved in an accident this is not there

for a couple hours. to my knowledge, the accident late have just been reopened by the chp. we do see some residual slowing. the drive time has been bumped up to 17 minutes from hercules to berkeley, other than that we had a couple of minor accidents around the bay area. nothing to report at the approach to the bay bridge toll plaza. we do have a high wind advisory in effect here as well as the stand until bridge this morning. you can certainly see the camera shift around. regardless, we have no accidents to report this ride is 14 minutes from into end. >>james: kay thompson shows how fans at the marina
