a look, a lot of pockets of moderate-heavy rain near sonoma. for people in vallejo, fairfield and the vacaville, you just got done with a round of rain but you have more on the way in the next hour or so. the rain should dissipate by 10:00 a.m. and then we will start getting on the man with temperatures in the mid-upper 50s. and my next uptick, a second date-- another look at the 7 day around the bay.

slowing. continuing with the rest of the east bay traffic, the nimitz freeway is still doing well. the ride through hayward, no problems. southbound interstate 680, we have some slowing southbound which is the commute direction. speeds have dropped down as low as 30 mi. from our southbound toward sunol. in the south bay, good conditions for 17, 880 and 85 through their west valley with no delays or problems for that ride.
