has been in juvenile hall in san leandro since last tuesday. now we are learning that four new felony charges have been filed. i want to show the video of ninth and clay st., the d.a. office is charging with assault and attempted robbery for an incident that occurred here on january 5th. just a few blocks away and the woman was robbed and sexually assaulted on january 11th and 14th and russia. now, we did talk with oakland residents who say that they're not surprised about the suspects age or the new charges. >> it does not surprise me, usually with an assault like that it often is more than one. it is kind of gun irving that it was such a young person. >> i am not surprised at age, but saddened you know, with the environment.
