tourist. they just released a booking photograph of a homeless man that is known to frequent the area. he is 18 years old. and this was the scene tuesday morning police said they caught him while he was assaulting a young girl. the girl described only as a juvenile was visiting from outside the united states she was found behind bushes with the suspect. he is facing charges of sexual assault and false imprisonment. oakland police are trying to track down a man accused in the city's first murder of 2012. police say ramon the bagnios shot and killed 19 year-old isaac white. it happened on january the fourth near east 25th street and 19th avenue. police say the shooting was not provoked and it appears that the victim had no idea that he was being targeted. and it well liked, so much so that we received an overwhelming amount of cooperation with the community and the neighborhood news which is always a big help and a relief to the investigative
