the east bay, the 580 ride from dublin into castro valley looks good. the nimitz is great between hayward and san leandro. the south bay freeways continued to do well. >>mark: the oakland police department wants to add more officers to hot spots where many shootings have occurred. the chief says he wants the public's help in catching what he describes as the top four most wanted criminals in oakland.
