>>justine: a developing story out of a vallejo, several people were shot outside of a nail salon. one of the victims was a two year-old girl. reggie kumar has the latest. >>reggie: in vallejo, to six people were shot near this the nail salon. we do know that three people were shot inside including a two year-old girl. that includes the shop manager, a female customer and a two year-old. all of them are expected to survive. investigators say multiple shots were fired in and out of the salon and that there was a running gun battle. investigators are still trying to figure out a motive. they believe up to two suspects are still at large. >>justine: the toddler was shot in the leg in and taken to oakland children's hospital.

we'll have the latest in a live report in just a little bit. let's talk about weather and traffic. good morning. >>erica: a live look at conditions from the james lick. mostly clear. as a branch of the weather headlines and we focus on what is on tap inland, they have dense fog performing with limited visibility. it looks like temperatures will be in the upper 50s and low 60s for the afternoon with mostly sunny conditions. there is potential for overnight rains. i do not think it will get in the way of any valentine's day plans but he will certainly want to keep your umbrella handy. as we take a look at the visibility charge, mostly clear conditions with 10 mi. of visibility for most spots. it looks like napa and livermore are down to less than a quarter of a mile, just 7 mi. along the coastline. some of the fog getting in the way this morning.
