news station, this is kron4 news. >>james: good morning. we have a rain to talk about this morning. a lot of rain fell overnight. there raider on the left is fairly quiet. on the right, a live look for mt. tam. relatively clear but the roads are stamped. >>justine: temperatures are feeling cooler this morning, erica has all of the details. >>erica: you can see the camera at mt. tam shaking around. dusty conditions, strong winds are the story.

we received some rainfall overnight during the 1:00 a.m. hour. it lasted in my neighborhood for about five minutes or so. there was some pretty heavy downpour. as we head into the afternoon, dry conditions but sunny and mild flu temperatures in the upper 50s. here is a look at temperatures right outside the door. for the most part, all we are sitting in the 40's. the upper thirties all around. it feels like a cold start to the morning.

overall relatively pleasant. oakland could get up to 60 degrees. as we turn our attention to the north bay it looks like a mixture of upper 50s and low 60s. your 7 day around the bay forecast shows a relatively mild conditions with a mix of sun and clouds as we finish the work we would temperatures treading in the '60s. as we head into the weekend, we do have the potential for another round of what weather sunday evening stretching into monday. that's are like a perfect holiday plants. >>james: let's talk about traffic. there are no hot spots. aside from the usual road work, traffic is moving fairly well.

educator has been arrested for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship or at least inappropriate contact with us today. the teacher's aide said a sexually explicit e-mail to a 15 year-old stevens. this is the fourth arrest in just the past few weeks in los angeles. two teachers in a teacher's aide working at the serramonte elementary are being investigated progress sex crimes. >>justine: three marines are dead and another is in critical condition after their car slammed into a tree early on tuesday morning. there were no other vehicles involved and there was no indication that alcohol or drugs were a factor. a sheriff's spoke's verses says he love believes those marines were headed back to base at camp pendleton. >>justine: aid date has been

the mark and make developing story, the search for human remains a will continue today in the san joaquin valley with investigators focusing primarily on the team. half year was seen off as hundreds of remains have already been recovered at a mass grave in linden, just to the east of stockton. it is believed the site was used by two men known as the

speed freak killers. they were believed to have killed at least 10 people in the '80s and '90s. so far, more than 1000 phones have been discovered from locations in linden at another location in calaveras county. 700 those discovered in linden. among remains were body parts believe to be of to do for women who disappeared in 1985 and 1998. according to the fbi, the body of mchale and garrett who went missing in 1988 could also be buried in linden. the fbi told kron4 that serial killer wesley shermantine told them they garrick could be buried in linden. shermantine and her resolve were called the speed freak killers because they committed their crimes while they were high on methamphetamines. hers all committed suicide last month.
