it is 4:00 a.m. and a cold monday morning. tam looking back over the bay. we will have the latest on the weather and freezing temperatures in the north bay. rain on the horizons. first we have some news to get to. >>justine: breaking news out of oakland, the fire crews are on the scene of a house fire. it is a one alarm blaze that started at about 3:30 a.m.. here is a map of the location. the crews are on the scene right now. it is developing in we're working to get more information. will have more coming up

temperatures are right now. we have a very chilly start in the north bay. we do see more mild conditions for the coastline and the peninsula passed temperatures are sitting in the low '40's. we do have some pretty windy conditions. as we take a look at the windshield, some locations are a couple degrees cooler. certainly be aware of that as you are getting dressed this morning. certainly dress in layers. advocates in the afternoon, temperatures are struggling to make it into the 50s clear it it looks like hayward and fremont both coming in at 53 degrees, 54 in livermore, and it looks like we haven't afternoon high of 54 in half moon bay. you can see napa,

>>reporter: crews are out here right now. who as you said, the fire broke out around 3:30 a.m.. palm the apartment complex had multiple units, but only one had smoke inside. that is the victim right there, the person who was inside the apartment. she was taken to a local hospital with what is being called minor smoke inhalation. firefighters were able to get this fire under control relatively quickly. it did this place and number of the residence. i was told by the chief out here on the scene that all the residents have been allowed back into the apartment complex. i can also tell you that this theory is still closed. we can see a quick tour of an apartment complex here. kaelin it looks like the crews are starting to wrap up and they may be leaning the scene relatively shortly. there's no cause of

smoked in it. when firefighters went in they did get one victim of that had minor smoke inhalation injuries. she was transported to a local hospital. as you can see she was alert and conscious. she is apparently doing fine. about one dozen people were displaced for about an hour- and-a-half. all those residents have been allowed back into the apartment complex. firefighters say they do not know what caused this early morning blaze but these very early morning fire is to be very dangerous. firefighters say they're lucky that everyone got out ok. right now it is basically in the mock up stage. everyone displaced is that in their apartment now.
