the bay area. we will talk about that in a couple of minutes. >>james: freezing temperatures in the bay area right now. >>erica: it is very chilly out there for. we saw some upper 20s in the 4:00 hour. santa rosa and nevada are coming in at 34 degrees. cooler weather is isolated to the north bay. in downtown san francisco is reporting four days. as we head into the rest of the day we will continue to seek holder the what we are used to temperatures. as a live pushing closer to lunchtime we will start to see more forties' along the coastline.

advisory that has been cancelled for the san francisco bay bridge. it is still in effect for the 70 average. your ride on the golden gate bridge has been easy so far this morning. >>justine: here is what is happening right now i'm a kron4 news room. we're learning more about the school shooting in ohio. some students have been injured. here is what happened. students have been escorted out of the building. authorities are saying that two shooters and to the school and shot three-four students inside the cafeteria. we do not other conditions but a medical helicopter did arrive on the scene to take kids to also.

to see 50 degree readings. 54 of tap for santa rosa. storm tracker 4 shows dry conditions and clear conditions over the bay area. we do have areas of a frost. the rain we see as well to the ec and south here it we could see some sprinkles starting tonight. for fill looks like every where around the bay area is dealing with a healthy dose of what weather. we will continue to see showers pass to the south as we head into the afternoon. as we push into thursday and friday, more sunshine and temperatures on the upswing as we head into the weekend.

>>george: we are looking at a great ride around the bay area. no hot spots or delays. the only slow traffic is in a 580 commute and a highway for commute urease the metering lights have not yet been activated. this is a great start to the westbound ride all the likely we will see heavy traffic with a run. oaths your ride on the golden gate is also smoothed southbound. the commute through marin county has yet to see a delay. right on 80 has it just a little slowing to richmond but not bad at all. the 580 ride is starting to slow a bit heading into and out of livermore was found.

to see temperatures below the seasonal average. we are talking forties and low 50s. as we head into tonight we do have the slight potential for isolated showers. it looks like that will stay inland with a greater potential for rainfall as we head into the middle of this week. 30 is the common number for santa rosa, napa and nevada. still looks like some of the '30's have spilled over into oakland and redwood city. it is very chilly around the bay area. we will hold on to the cool temperatures into the the clock tower. the 30's stick around and some of the north bay spots. as we head into lunchtimes a light blue indicates some low fifties around the bay. as we move into the afternoon, we will gain may be a couple of degrees. overall it looks like we will keep things in the low

morning. no delays westbound or eastbound. the golden gate bridge ride looks that as well. 101 southbound is a problem free into the late free as well. i just got word of an accident that appears to be a minor one and walnut creek southbound. if it is blocking a way that has the potential to turn the 680 ride into a hot spot. >>mark: gas prices are rising. the national average for a price of regular is at $3.69.

the newsroom. authorities have now confirmed that four students have been shot inside of a high-school cafeteria and have been taken to local hospitals. authorities are not releasing their conditions. one of the gunman as now in custody. authorities are not saying if that person is a student. the sheriff's office along with the fbi and local police are working to get more information to the public. parents are anxious and rushing to school to pick up their students. a high school is 30 mi. east of cleveland. i am listening to a press conference from stations covering this live. we will be back with more information in a few minutes. the breaking news and information is that four students have been shot and are in the hospital. the gunman is in custody. >>mark: we have new and controversial crime-fighting
