but as far as we know only one a fatal accident. the coroner's office is on the scene. the tree trunk is gone, you can see the degree on the side of the road, once that is pushed to the side, the road should reopen. the other direction is northbound 13. it is not being affected at all. you can see that the chp officers are blocking of any access to the accident. their position is right around the hearth boulevard exit. you can see them getting off the freeway. they're telling them to avoid the scene. but according to the chp this is not the commute direction, when they get off the freeway, they are right there. it is not a problem. it is not a big inconvenience.

with the on ramp will reconnect them to southbound 13th. we can only speculate that perhaps the ground was so wet that the tree toppled the chp is still conducting their investigations. >>george: the good news is the accident will be cleared sooner than expected cox ended this is not agreeing to a backup southbound. if you are traveling southbound on 13th, and take the park exit and then you will be put right back on the freeway. a minor delays of four. if it is cleared in the next 30 minutes it will not have a big impact on the morning commute.
