long. this afternoon they were going from one section of town to the next going to different storm drains that have had problems in the past. they basically have cleaned the storm drains out so that when we get the heavy rains they will not back up. with heavy rains expected tonight, tomorrow and even into the weekend the crews say that they are ready for a worst-case scenario. they are hoping to get a lot of these storm drains cleaned up before the rain hits. >> being with us were operations look at our maps and whether all the time. >> the cruiser with the department of public works. now, they have a day shift in and night shift and have more people on the streets to deal with problems like overflowing of sewers. >>pam: in the north bay, the
