>>rob: sheriff's deputies are looking high and low for sierra lamar. so far they have interviewed more than 100 people from bus drivers to field workers and transients. they have spoken with hundreds of her for our current and former classmates detectives had interviewed in the three interviewed her neighbors. all registered sex offenders within a 10 mi. radius of her home have also been contacted for to verify their whereabouts at the time she went missing. for those in to these have now been expanded to include san martino and gilroy. herself fog was found in this field last weekend.

>>dan: safeway says after it sells its existing stock, it will no longer purchase any fresh or frozen ground beef that contains lead finely textured beef. the old joint wholefoods and costco that already refused to sell the product in stores. save mart which runs lucky give t-cell beef with and without the product is says they are evaluating the policy. wal-mart, target and trader joe's have refused to answer questions or did not respond as to whether they carry this type of beef. if you shop at one of the unknown stores, your best bet is to subtly asked the grocer. as for any additional labeling, the usda says the product does not pose any additional risk to consumers. as a result, there is no additional labeling necessary.

on the developing story in morgan hill where the search continues for this missing girl. she was last seen as she was heading to school last friday morning. herself on has been found in a field about 1 mi. from home but her mother says her daughter would not have been in the area where the phone was located. there are still considering this a missing persons case and they are not calling it an abduction yet. will tran is in morgan hill, is that something being investigated? >>will: fisk absolutely furious if the fifth half mar plaza investigators will be out here sometime today using dogs and once again go through the tough process of going through this remote area looking for any possible new evidence. they have looked at herself phone and computer and so for those things have not
