after five bodies were found inside in the low side district. officials said the crime scene was so grissom and complex that it today's to identify the victims. he was supposed to be arraigned yesterday but that was delayed because his brother may be a witness. his brother has not been charged in the killings but was arrested on sunday for violating probation. our cameras caught this exclusive videos of investigators gathering evidence from the crime scene yesterday. several items were placed into evidence bags and boxes of cigarettes that could be processed for dna. >>darya: after a heated school board meeting in oakland, a group of protestors decided to occupy the administration building and are demanding that the schools reopened. jackie sissel is live in oakland with more.

the bay, san francisco police in the muni are trying to figure out if a muni bus was directly involved in an accident that seriously injured a woman. the woman was found injured in the street after possibly being struck last night. witnesses told police that the bus was traveling south on beale street and the the woman was standing on the island south of howard street. witnesses say they saw the pedestrian in the road after the bus passed by the violence. a student from oakland high school who allegedly brought a gun to school has been charged with four felonies. the gun accidentally went off in class last friday. the teacher describes hearing a loud noise that she thought was a firecracker. the student pleaded with the teacher not to call anyone, no one was injured but the boy -- the bullet did ricochet off of a partition and came pretty close to hitting another student.

>>darya: the man suspected of killing five people in this san francisco home will be arraigned on murder charges today. she was supposed to be arraigned yesterday but that was delayed because his brother could be a witness. he was arrested after five bodies were found in the home in san francisco's engle side district. there is news surveillance video shows the man who shot and killed an unarmed teenager getting out of the police car in handcuffs.

charges today. he is facing five the murder charges with special circumstances which means he could face the death penalty if convicted. he was arrested on sunday after five bodies were found in an evil side district home. investigators believe that he knew the victims. officials said the crime scene was so gruesome and complex that it today's just to identify the victims. there's also word that responding officers are now seeking counseling because the scene was so disturbing. he was supposed to be arraigned yesterday but that was a delayed because his brother may be a witness. his brother has not been charged in the killings but was arrested for violating probation. our camera caught this exclusive video of inspectors get evidence near the crime scene in san francisco yesterday. several items were cut into evidence bags including boxes of cigarettes which will be processed for possible dna.
