>> after the accident the entire area was flooded with water because the driver ran over a fire hydrant before hitting the cyclists. he then plowed into the site of this building. witnesses say the driver was going faster than the posted speed limit. police are still investigating what caused the crash. >>justine: prosecutors are deciding whether to charge a bicyclist who hit a pedestrian. it's happened on march 29th at the intersection of market and castro. a 71 year-old man was hit while in the crosswalk. he died on tuesday. after the incident the bicyclist posted a message after -- posted a message about the incident. of that but the district attorney's office says the
