photograph of a man say that he was setting cars on fire. this first happened near alton between 11:00 p.m.-midnight on april 1st. they showed the suspect forced burglarizing the unlocked cars in and setting them ablaze. in the east bay they suspected serial arsonist is behind bars. he set fire to 90 a. three different times. in may, january and again last month. he is charged in all three of the blazes with a special enhancement charges for two previous arson and convictions in 1998. he set fire to papers and a sun roof fell trash can that set a crossfire. crossfire grass fire
