here is a look at your current temperatures tyrian into the 12:00 hour, los 70's into the majority of the bay area and cooler at the coastline. as we advance the clock we gain a couple of degrees and we will see the inland in some of the inland areas. that could indicate potential low 80s. third it really depends on where you are located. your 7 day around the forecast shows today is just the start. we will see made '80s inland, low seventies for the coast. saturday will be the warmest day of the week.

>>james: our top story this half hour, the search for sierra lamar should get back under way today and after weather got in the way of search efforts to yesterday. officials with the water search effort had to suspend operations because of high winds. divers said they did manage to search the ponds near her home before the suspension was issued. volunteers could td to surge although nothing new turned up. divers were use sonar equipment to search the reservoirs' today. kron4 spoke with the mother of sierra lamar who says she misses her daughter in hopes to have some resolution in her disappearance soon. >> i miss her extremely, the home is really quiet now.

this driver is stopped on the tracks except this time there is a police officer nearby and yes, he did get a ticket. if you stand just a little time at this railroad crossings in the clinches, for you might see could just surprise you. what i noticed is that transit buses are required by law to stop at a railroad crossing all. and in fact, bus drivers are required to stop and look both ways before crossing unless there is a sign exempting them. i found no such sign. what does this bus driver puts on an emergency hazards but fails to come to a complete stop. i was surprised at just how many seats transit buses failed to stop at this very busy railroad crossing. to be fair, some drivers did stop of the majority ruled through. then, there were these shuttle buses.
