game watching from door-to-door that starts with infrastructure. all major freeways with 14 different interchanges and 40,000 parking spaces. 40,000 spaces. 2.5 times what exists at candlestick. you can hear and see the light rail and commuter rail. if you really want to be aggressive you can even take the bicycle path behind us. but i want to take you inside the stadium. because that is what really matters. you look at this 60s thousand seat-60,000 seat but it is going to be twice the size. with 60,000 seats. 68,000. ladies, there are twice as many female restrooms! (cheers & applause) as important as that is we also want to make sure that you are as close to the action as

possible. two-thirds of our seat in the lower bowl this will be the larger warble percentage in the nfl that is very important because we want to make sure that you are connected to the game in part we did not stop there. when you are in the heart of silicon valley and you can touch up to the brightest minds in the world. some of the highest tech companies that that ever existed and you can get them to come work for you. you enhance the game and date technology. you make sure that there is a mobile vision for the stadium that will keep you connected like no other. we will redefine the stadium experience watching in stadi and theum cohen further, you have to embrace the culinary culture of san francisco. the mountains. we want to make sure the will of locally grown produce. we want
