>>james: here is that live look out of san francisco. all morning we have been watching and waiting to see what happens. this is the building where protesters have been camped out overnight in right here. we saw how it all played out during the 5:00 hour. >>darya: a huge difference from the violence that we saw yesterday when

protesters first took over the building. taking to a peaceful and as there is still continuing to put these protesters in advance. jackie sissel is live on the scene. >>jackie: right now, he concedes lee said in the courtyard where protesters took over the building last night. about an hour ago police officers moved in and started surrounding the building. in the last 15 minutes or so his years as though the situation is over. so far we have seen at least seven protesters being led out of the courtyard and into police vans. there are at least four police vans. some of them belong to the fire department, some belong to the sheriff's department. it appears as though everything went down rather peacefully. it seems the police department made an overwhelming show of force by surrounding the building. he can see all on the roof.

rex and pipes from yesterday. we did not hear any noises, ball one, flash grenades or tear gas going off and then all was said news of the band's polling up in the started to see protesters being led out in handcuffs. there were estimates of 50- 100 how protesters inside. we have no idea what the actual number is. i can tell you i have seen seven off. for if will tran is across the street with other media, he has a great vantage point. i can also say that golf street remains close.

>>james: here is another live look at a san francisco where we have been watching a developing story, a building occupied by protesters overnight. police have successfully brought out the protesters easily. will tran is joining us on the phone this morning. you had a unique vantage point, you were able to see into the corridor this morning? >>will: right now i am literally watching a man get arrested, the people who occupied the building overnight almost looked tired. assisi's query. they are not fighting back. it is pretty much a non- event full.

morning where protesters were holed up inside the building on the left-hand side behind a chain-link fence. this morning, they brought protestors out one by one, taking them to jail. if >>mark: will tran and is given as a different perspective. will tran has been able to see the courtyard of the building. the entire affair ended a peacefully this morning with occupy protesters stating to police that they want to come out peacefully and it looks like they are. that is the good news. the situation has ended on a called love. fast start this half of their thousands of protests yesterday. there were about 150 cities that saw a demonstration yesterday. in new york, occupy wall street protesters rallied outside of the corporate

stocks are dropping because of weak job reports. >>darya: out of san francisco we have team coverage continuing in this morning on turks street near golf. the building closest to me it was occupied this morning but police have brought everyone out peacefully. jackie sissel and will transfer out there this morning. >>jackie: right now it seems relatively calm. a couple of dozen protesters have been taken into custody.

you can see that this advances the police department moved in to this building on turks street with a huge amount of force. between 40 and 50 officer's role than right before 5:00 a.m. to surround the building. from there is seems like things calmed down a bit. we did not hear anything from the inside or outside. it was about an hour later that we started to see protesters being led out of the building and into these police vans. there is still a parameter set up. cost is still closed.

you can see the police are still here along with the san francisco sheriff's department. we do not know what the condition of the building is at this point. it appears as though the entire operation went off without any violence. at one point we did see police make entrance into the top of the roof, that is the area where protesters were throwing bricks and pipes yesterday. that was an area that they wanted to make sure they secured. 10-15 minutes later police brought out protesters.

you can see the officers in riot gear. we're going to try and back up so that we do not get hit. >>justine: overnight, three men were shot and wounded in oakland in two separate shootings. there were two men shot at 8:30 p.m. on the 1100 block of 62nd street. both were transported to local hospitals. there was another shooting reporter around 2:00 a.m. near the corner of 19th avenue and east 23rd. the male victim is now in stable condition and police are telling us a juvenile male shot him and the suspect remains at large. >>darya: we are also

the forties around the bay area. mostly cooler conditions and tomorrow we have the potential for wet weather. it looks like a 30 percent chance that it will be affecting the north bay but as we head into the weekend we will see dry and sunny conditions across the board. as we turn our attention to the afternoon highs, mid- 60's for places like fremont and mounts you. we could squeeze out some 70's in places like milipitas, san jose, santa clara and 71 in campbell. mostly sunny skies and plenty of blue out there. walnut creek could reach an afternoon high of 72. concord and antioch could be some of the warmer spots around the bay area.

we have just got all its details on the operation to remove protesters before state outside of that building on the left stock at the corner of term street in golf street. if police say that women will did this morning they did so because it wanted to ensure that things were orderly and safe. ha they've removed 25 people from that building. now, they are wrapping up the scene. we will keep an eye on that situation in the back with more.

>>james: we are back at 6:56 a.m., here is a live look in san francisco at the intersection of turks street and golf street. there was a standoff over night. protesters came in at 3:00 p.m. yesterday and stayed overnight. the building is owned by the archdiocese of san francisco. they requested that police go in and remove them.
