still unanswered questions with an officer involved shooting from friday evening. allegations that he fired at the officer first but the suspect could not have fired his weapon at all. >>kate: it was the originally chp that the found the stolen car calling for backup and following it on highway no. 4. when the suspect realized he was being followed he pulled into the parking lot of kaiser permanente day. the police arrived. the chp was on the scene and several windows of the stolen vehicle were shot out. the suspect was taken away with non-life-threatening injuries. the officers involved were not injuries. kate thompson, kron4. >>marty: increasing patrols in
