still moving well. slow on westbound highway 4 but no problems reported in the south bay. it is a smooth and easy ride along 101 southbound coming out of marin county. >>mark: new this morning a major development in a 33 year old missing children's case. police in new york city have a suspect in custody in connection with the disappearance of a six year old. the suspect has been identified as pedro hernandez. hernandez apparently implicated himself in the child's disappearance. he disappeared in 1979 as he walked from his manhattan home to the school bus. last month police dug up the basement of an old building near where the boy lived. he gained nationwide attention when he became the first missing child to be featured on a milk carton. >>darya: the president is looking of the bay area after this last night. people paid thousands to hear him speak at the fox theater in redwood city.

antolin garcia torres is said to be arraigned this afternoon in connection with her disappearance. she was last seen on march 16th when she left her home for her bus stop. dna evidence links sierra thorez -- garcia torras to sierra lamar. his family is in disbelief. they say he knew he was assessed but it did not believe he would be arrested. they say he did not kill sierra lamar. >> i did nothing my brother is capable at all. i did not see him as a pilot. he is pretty mellow. he is a good guy. he is social. like stitching in doing things outdoors. years are hard worker. i did not think they have enough proof yet,
