he tried to rob a cab driver and when the cab driver escaped the scene he called the police department. the officers came out here trying to talk to him. that is when they say he pulled out a gun. it turns out it was a pellet gun but they said the weak and the look of it looks exactly like the real thing. in the moment, they had no time to differentiate. that is when they fired at least one shot at the suspect. he died at the scene. there will be sometime before the move the crime scene tape. we do not know how much longer they will be here. at this point we do not know his name or age. we do know this happened about six hours ago. no one was hurt including the responding officers or the cab driver who managed to escape the same. >>darya: he used the college try and rob the cabdriver? >>will: absolutely.
