a.m. firefighters say it's a fire was set in this dumpster outside of the main part of the buildings. inside of the gate, there was a second fire against the stucco wall. it was a two-pronged attack. we'll show you pictures from earlier this morning. firefighters have already left the scene. there were here earlier this morning taking a look at what happened. the school has been closed since the 25th. they are not sure if someone had a grudge against the school or of this was just a prank. there was no internal damage to the school. there was a lot of charred paper inside of the dumpster.

>>justine: breaking news as the u.s. economy only created 69,000 jobs in the month of may. that is far less than the 150,000 were expected. the jobless rate is now at 8.2%. it was at 8.1%. the labor department just put out these numbers and has said that american employers were fretting over europe, higher pump prices and persistent problems of housing market. investors were hoping for better news after may brought one of the worst trading months and years. across the board, stocks are headed for a sharply lower opening. we will surely the opening bell coming up and about 20 minutes. >>darya: we want to get the latest with what is one of

the courtroom in the beating bryan stowe. we have been hearing from witnesses who prepare outside of the dodgers and giants game, will tran and is following the story in the court action. >>will: in a few hours, two of his friends who were with him in los angeles on opening night, they will testify what they saw and what happened the night that their friend was brutally beaten. here is video from yesterday in court when the defendants or their. witnesses testified that they saw two men in matching their description appearing drunk and high and taunting the giants fans. they also told the court that they saw bryan stow and his friends tell these men, we do not want any trouble in that they simply walked away. that is when one man a sucker punched bryan stow that he crashed to the

ground without having a chance to brace for the fall. >> the next thing i observed is a gentleman's living, of my car. i saw bryan stowe it kicked in the head. >> bryan stow is a father of two. he suffered a fractured skull and pretty much a lifelong brain injury and will need help for the rest of his life. what makes this case it difficult is, yes, the details and general look of these men match but none of the witnesses could positively identify the two men. this is just a hearing, not a trial. it will be up to the judge after hearing the testimony whether or not the man will be tried for mayhem, assault and battery. more sound from the court later today.

>> they know that the men were at the game. it was one of the witnesses who worked with police officers on a composite sketch of for them to either track down one of the suspects. it looks pretty good for the prosecutors but of course, a positive identifications always good. it did not have that right now. with all this publicity, maybe someone will come forward but for right now, they do not have it. >>mark: the man accused in the murder of missing teen sierra lamar made his second court appearance but still did not make a plea. he is charged with kidnapping and murdering sierra lamar. one legal analyst says this case could take years.

in >>darya: today, more than one dozen media groups are asking a judge not to steal some records against george zimmerman. prosecutors and the attorney for zimmerman have requested the names of witnesses and some statements that he made

to police made fear that witnesses could be harassed. the zimmerman is charged with killing 17 year old treyvon martin. he has pleaded not guilty and claims self-defense. >>darya: san jose police have carried out a crackdown on prosecution off -- prostitution. in all, more than 30 people have been arrested on suspicion of prostitution. >>mark: the san francisco fire department will be holding a ceremony to mark the one-year anniversary of a fire in the diamond heights neighborhood that killed two firefighters. this ceremony will take place tomorrow and honor of vincent perez and anthony valerio. they were killed in a house fire one berkeley way when you're good tomorrow.

around a good bit of the bay area. 80 degree weather in some spots. the areas in red have the potential for my degree weather. 92 is the expected high in antioch, 94 livermore. upper 80s and 90s for concord and pleasanton. here's a look your expected temperatures for today. warm and hot today. on monday, temperatures will really take a dive and we have a chance of drizzle. maybe tens of an inch.
