it >>justine: a 92 year-old woman is dead after being hit by a bicyclist at the intersection of arlington boulevard and baristas drive. at about 5:30 p.m. a cyclist's ran into a woman as she walked on arlington boulevard. if the bicyclist it a couple of good samaritans tried to help her after the accident. a medical helicopter flew to the hospital where she later died.

that was shot and killed in south san francisco. he was killed on tuesday night. police say he pulled a gun and pointed it at an officer as he ran away from police. the shooting happened at a gas station parking lot. more than one dozen friends, family and supporters showed up to hold a vigil. a civil rights attorney was there. here's what he said. >> the family called me and was disturbed because the police would not give them any information. the old information they're getting was from the news. they thought they needed a lawyer to least have some authority to make the request for documents or any information that could be there.

put here by the city in order to build up the sea wall. mixed in with these pieces of concrete are broken up headstone's from old san francisco cemeteries that were closed years ago. the bodies have been moved and monuments unclaimed like this one received by the city is recycled. these chunks of granite and marble will now be exposed for very much longer. city crews are moving sand off of the great highway at dumping it right over here. pretty soon these pieces of history will be buried. >>justine: there is a new illinois law that requires tried to lower the volume of their speakers so that they cannot be heard from more than 50 ft. away. this was all brought about by people who live near

>>justine: there are new terms for the reward being offered to find the missing south bay teenagers sierra lamar. she disappeared on march 16th from morgan hill. police have arrested antolin garcia torres for her murder. her body has not been found. rob fladeboe brings us up- to-date on developments. >>rob: as he awaits his next court appearance of that in the santa clara county jail, the man accused in the murder of sierra lamar will soon be getting a new court- appointed attorney. at his arraignment, antolin garcia torres was represented by a public defender who has now removed himself from the case citing a conflict of interest. he did not say what that is but an alternate defender says his office will soon name a new attorney. the terms of the $25,000

>>darya: we have an unusual and slightly creepy discovery on ocean beach dredging of some ancient san francisco history. this tombstone dates back to 1890. it was understood by erosion, left over from one of the old city cemeteries that relocated decades ago. hundreds of grave markers that went unclaimed were dumped at the beach along with other debris to help build the seawolf. a spokesperson says pieces of old headstones and crips can be found all over the city. >> a lot of these materials were also ground into the
