up this morning. much different scene yesterday. here is video from when the fire broke out shortly after 3:45 p.m.. they reported that a construction crew was working on one of these buildings and richard a gas main. that is when the fire broke out quickly reaching for alarms. it took three hours to get the fire under control. during the fire, one of the construction workers was severely burned with what is being described as a life- threatening injuries and is in critical condition. three other firefighters have moderate-minor injuries. they were treated in release. of the fire was so big that its board to a second building. one of the big questions is regarded why it took so long for pg&e to turn off the gas.

testimony today in the child rape case against former penn state assistant coach jerry sandusky. yesterday, one of the alleged victims, the man whose allegations helped to trigger the entire investigation says that sandusky repeatedly sexually abused him when he was a boy. mike mccurry also took the stand testifying that he heard slapping voices and saw sandusky standing behind a boy in a shower back in 2001. sandusky has pleaded that guilty to the charges. the wife of george zimmerman is out of jail on bond this morning. she faces a perjury charge. she is accused of lying during her husband's bond hearing, about the couple's finances. she told the court under oath that they did not have enough money to assist in his defense.
