northward. this poses a bigger threat for a lot of the florida coastline. tropical storms on his arm and fact parts of the state. it has isolated tornadoes that killed at least one person. residents in several counties have been encouraged to leave low- lying areas because of the threat of flooding. that here we have a much more mild forecast. let us get update with erica. >> good morning james, pretty pleasant conditions as we head into the afternoon it will not be wet or drizzling. we will have plenty of sunshine around the bay area may be partly cloudy skies situated. right now we see clear conditions in the walnut creek area, in terms of your temperatures it is a little bit cooler. particularly in the north bay half moon bay is coming in at 46 degrees a little more mild for places like hayward and mountain view.

in terms of what will happen later this afternoon. by about 12 we will see mamie '60s really dominating the bay area. we may have some upper 50s along the immediate coastline. it looks like we could have low '70s for places like fairfield in concord. you will gain a couple degrees as we head into the afternoon. by 3:00 p.m. we will see more yellow for the north bay and south bay spots. again, we could see some '70s out there but the majority of the bay area will be in the '60s. here is the breakdown for you neighborhood by neighborhood, we anticipate 71 degrees from now on view when decree warmer through sunnyvale and santa clara. we could see 75 for places like pittsburg, and we have 60 degrees on tap for union city. comfortable conditions along the we have a light

mostly sunshine around the bay area temperatures in the '60s and '70s. as we head into tomorrow expect very similar conditions compared to what we experience today. and it looks like we are in store with a little bit of a warm- up with wednesday expected to be the warmest day of the week. taking up the numbers as you step outside the door is pretty chilly for the north bay. napa is coming in at 47 degrees, 46 in santa rosa. we also see forties' relatively prevalent along the coastline. >> it is a little bit warmer for the in the east bay spots. antioch is coming in at 55 degrees and 53 degrees waking up in the ever more. --waking up in livermore. mostly cloudy conditions along the coastline, this will be the case into 5:00 a.m., by 90 in it looks like the clouds will roll through.

>> the good news is, as we head into the afternoon a lot of the cloud coverage will start to burn off. we will see many of the clear skies around the entire bay area. breaking down the numbers, it looks like rich and is reaching 64 degrees this afternoon. your seven day around the bay extended forecast shows that wednesday is the warmest day of the week with mid '80s expected for the inland areas, and we have 60 for the coast, we will continue with a pretty mild, but was a weather forecast as we head into the weekend. in terms of traffic i do not have any hot spots to tell you about. here is a look at the golden gate bridge that shows pretty good condition: into the city. there are like conditions for the east bay freeway the same goes for the south bay. no problems on the peninsula. your ride is pretty easy on the 101 south bound.

weather. we have erica standing by with our forecast. >> good morning james, welcome back to the work week. begin to celebrate with clear conditions and now temperatures around the bay area. we will have fog creeping in over the next couple of hours. as of right now, it is picture-perfect in downtown san francisco. into the afternoon expect sunny and breezy conditions with high clouds to the north with temperatures in the '60s and '70s. as we head into the evening we will see partly cloudy skies and light wind with temperature back into the 50s. here are the numbers right at five your door. we have a pretty chilly start to the morning. we also see those forties' carried over to the coastline for half moon bay. it is a little bit warmer compared to what we are used to for downtown san francisco coming in at 54 degrees. we have 52 in fairfield. we have mid-50s

then 53 waking up and livermore. the future forecast shows that the majority of the bay area is sticking with the green that indicates the '60s. it looks like we could see some blue that indicates the potential for some upper 60s along the immediate coastline we could see some '70s by noon. as we push the clock the yellow becomes and the more abundant on the screen indicating '70s for some north bay spots. down in the south bay we are talking in low '70s and we have the potential for mid '70s for the delta and the livermore valley. most of the bay area will be in the '60s we have plenty of '70's in south bay with santa clara reaching an afternoon high of 72 degrees. the same for those in sunnyvale. it looks like mountain view is that 711 degrees cooler in fremont. the warmest spots around the bay area are the in the east bay valleys. these areas are all reaching 75 degrees. we have pretty comfortable
