weather. we have erica standing by with our forecast. >> good morning james, welcome back to the work week. begin to celebrate with clear conditions and now temperatures around the bay area. we will have fog creeping in over the next couple of hours. as of right now, it is picture-perfect in downtown san francisco. into the afternoon expect sunny and breezy conditions with high clouds to the north with temperatures in the '60s and '70s. as we head into the evening we will see partly cloudy skies and light wind with temperature back into the 50s. here are the numbers right at five your door. we have a pretty chilly start to the morning. we also see those forties' carried over to the coastline for half moon bay. it is a little bit warmer compared to what we are used to for downtown san francisco coming in at 54 degrees. we have 52 in fairfield. we have mid-50s

then 53 waking up and livermore. the future forecast shows that the majority of the bay area is sticking with the green that indicates the '60s. it looks like we could see some blue that indicates the potential for some upper 60s along the immediate coastline we could see some '70s by noon. as we push the clock the yellow becomes and the more abundant on the screen indicating '70s for some north bay spots. down in the south bay we are talking in low '70s and we have the potential for mid '70s for the delta and the livermore valley. most of the bay area will be in the '60s we have plenty of '70's in south bay with santa clara reaching an afternoon high of 72 degrees. the same for those in sunnyvale. it looks like mountain view is that 711 degrees cooler in fremont. the warmest spots around the bay area are the in the east bay valleys. these areas are all reaching 75 degrees. we have pretty comfortable

shooter. >> mark: police are investigating a homicide after an east palo alto man was found dead. officers arrived on the scene they found evidence of shooting but no victim. a few hours later police received a call that someone was shot in that area. they found the 31 year-old. anyone with any information is asked to call the police. and the central the police are arresting a teenage boy accused of breaking into a house last night police said home on a vocal and found a suspect in from his home through a window. the suspect was found to be armed with a metal pipe. he was booked in the sonoma county juvenile hall. >> justine: a robbery was caught on tape in the east bay, the victim says that he gave the robber all he had a still the gun and pull the trigger on him three times this happened early friday morning here is the surveillance video. the

cameras are posted at the house of the victim he has the cameras posted for security. here's a man walks up he is holding a gun, the victim gives up his wallet the still, as you can see the man is holding a gun and he pulls the trigger he frantically open the door in the man squeezed the trigger again luckily it actually jammed, and he had gone into the house. >> i was terrified and angry at the same time, i was in disbelief. you just do not believe it was actually happening to you. the gun was tilted sideways he told me to correct myself. he pulled the trigger. i gave him everything in the ashtray and that was not good enough. he threw that down and said let us go to the house i want more i want everything. >> justine: he gave a copy of this surveillance video to the police and he is hoping by as generating this

mostly sunny and summer breezes that will pop up. here is how the temperatures will play out at noon time. we have widespread '60s as we push the clock to about 3:00 p.m. the '70's began to take hold. we will be in the low to mid '70's not much warmer than that and it will stay chilly along the coastline with temperatures staying in the '50s here is a breakdown of what that will look like at about 3:00 p.m. our warmest time of the day. as i said, mostly sixties around the bay and along the shoreline. it warrants the low to mid '70's as you head inland. >> james: in the south bay we could see low to mid '70's as well. your seven day around the bay shows that the weather will continue to warm as we head into mid-week. that is the good news. getting up to about 85 degrees and the with the warmest day of the
